Check-in / check out

  • Check in time is 3:00pm

    Check out time is by 11:00am

    **Let us know in advance if you will be arriving after 10pm. E-mail or text us at (213) 433-6700.

  • Yes! Just let us know ahead of time via e-mail at hello@metrichotel.com or text us at (213) 433-6700.

  • Early check-in and late check out are subject to availability and an additional fee. Feel free to contact us via e-mail or text the day before your check-in date to confirm early check-in availability. Contact the front desk by 10:00am on the morning of your check-out date to confirm late check out availability.

    If an early check-in/late check out is not available, feel free to use our free luggage lockers, which are available beginning at 7:00am when the lobby opens.

 

Parking

  • Parking is limited and must be reserved in advance by selecting the “Parking Package” rate when making your reservation. Parking is $30 per night plus tax (included in the Parking Package rate only). If you will need parking during your stay, make sure you select this option.

    If you do not see the “Parking Package” and only see the “No Parking” option, that means parking is sold out on the selected dates. Feel free to e-mail or send us a text at (213) 433-6700 to confirm availability since we do sometimes have cancellations.

    Please note that if you book a standard rate that says “No Parking”, a parking space is NOT included. If you arrive with a car but have booked the rate without parking, the addition of a parking space is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Street parking is limited. The nearest pay-to-park lot is located at 1317 Shatto Street, Los Angeles, 90017 — about a 15-minute walk from our location. Rates are approximately $15 per 24 hours (no in/out privileges). Maximum height clearance is 8’ 2”.

  • Sorry, we can only accommodate regular passenger sized vehicles. We have a height clearance maximum of 8' 9" and length maximum of 18'.

 

CANCELLATION + pAYMENT POLICIES

  • Standard Flexible Cancellation reservations made directly through this official website can be cancelled free of charge 2 or more days before your check in date (must be received by 3pm PST).

    Cancellations received less than 2 days before the check-in date are subject to a cancellation charge totaling the amount of the first night.

DO YOU HAVE FREE WIFI?

Of course! What do you think we are, heartless monsters? It’s fast, free and you can access it in your guestroom and lobby.


wHEN DO I PAY FOR MY RESERVATION aND IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Check your confirmation email for the exact details of your reservation. When selecting a Flexible Cancellation rate, full payment for your stay will taken when you check-in. When selecting a Non-refundable rate, full payment is taken at the time your reservation is confirmed. Payment must be made with a credit card matching the name of the main reservation-holder.

In addition to payment for your stay, a $250 hold will be placed on your credit card during your stay. Cash and debit cards are not accepted for the deposit hold, only credit cards under the main reservation-holder’s name. This hold is released within 24 hours of your check out date as long as not damage, theft or smoking occurs in the room.

DO YOU HAVE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?

Housekeeping is offered every other day for stays that are 3 nights or longer. Feel free to request a fresh towels and trash removal between cleans and/or if staying less than 3 nights.


IS SMOKING ALLOWED AT THE HOTEL?

No, we are 100% smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all area of the hotel — guestrooms, common areas and parking lot. Smoking on the property will incur a $500 cleaning and remediation fee — that’s steep!


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS TO DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash is so 2020. We are 100% cashless and accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.


ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

Sorry, Fido will have to sit this one out since we do not allow pets.


DO YOU OFFER LUGGAGE STORAGE?

Yes, we have complimentary luggage lockers that you are welcome to use before check-in or after check-out. They are available in the lobby between 7:00am - 10:00pm. Just note multi-day storage is not available and personal belongings have to be removed by 10pm on the same day.


CAN I RECEIVE PACKAGES AT THE HOTEL?

Yes, we can receive packages for your at the front desk during your stay, as long as it arrives while you are checked in. Just let us know at the front desk ahead of time and ensure the name on the package matches the main reservation-holder, otherwise it will be rejected. Packages that arrive before your check-in date or after you check out will be returned to the sender.
