  • Reservations by Phone, In Person or Online — Personal data is collected when you make a reservation or communicate with us over e-mail, fax or SMS text. Communication may remain on record for quality assurance and training.

  • Other Sources - Personal data is also collected from additional third party databases and marketing partners.

  • In person visits to the Hotel — Personal Data is collected when a guest visits the hotel and uses services onsite.

Google AdWords — Google AdWords is a remarketing service provide by Google. You can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads served to you by visiting the Google Ads Settings page.

Akia — Akia is a messaging platform for hotels to engage with their guests. By booking, you authorize The Metric to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information and other offers. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Disclosure of Personal Data

Your Personal Data is shared with the following:

  • Strategic business partners who provide goods and services to enhance your experience.

  • Service Partners for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Your Personal Data may be disclosed for the following purposes:

Verifying Requests

In order to help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information and complying with the request.
