  • All of our rooms are for a maximum of 2 guests and visitors are not allowed inside the hotel. This is strictly enforced. Sorry, no exceptions.

  • Parking is limited and must be booked in advance. If you only see “No Parking” option, parking is unavailable. When parking is available, you will see an option that says “Parking Included.”

    When parking is sold out, street parking is usually attainable before 4pm or you can use Spot Hero to find a paid lot in the downtown area. Alternatively, there is a lot located 0.5 miles (15 minute walk) at:

    1317 Shatto St., Los Angeles 90017

    The cost is around $15 per 24 hours (no in/out privileges).

    Parking pass is valid for only 1 registered vehicle. Visitor parking is not available.

  • The Metric is 100% smoke-free. Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted in anywhere within the hotel. Smoking of any kind results in a $500 cleaning/remediation fee.
